Michelle Oates, M.D.

Dr. Oates is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with expertise in a full spectrum of family medicine, including International Health. She is excited to join us at the FJ Management Medical Clinic.

She enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing, biking, skiing, camping, drawing, painting, and photography. She also plays the euphonium! (which is like a small tuba).

She attended Medical School at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed a McKay-Dee Family Medicine Residency in Ogden, Utah.

 

NATHANIEL GAY, DNP

NATHANIEL GAY, DNP

Nathaniel earned his Doctorate Degree (DNP) from the University of Utah Nurse Practitioner Program in both Family and Geriatrics. Prior to earning his DNP, he graduated from Weber State with his Bachelors in Nursing and worked 6 years as a Nurse prior to starting his career as a Nurse Practitioner. Nathaniel has been in the healthcare field since 2000, working previously as a phlebotomist, CNA, EMT, and Registered Nurse.

He has also worked as a nutritional consultant, personal trainer, weight loss consultant, and completed several years of undergraduate work in health education. A lifetime resident of Utah, Nathaniel is aware of and dedicated to the specific issues faced by people of this community. Since the age of 5, Nathaniel has been a lifelong musician, actor, and entertainer, having done a lot of work locally in music and live theater. He also loves any activity that involves the outdoors. However, being with his family is what he loves the most. Nathaniel is a proud husband of a beautiful wife and father to 4 amazing children.

 

KERRI ERICKSON, FNP-C

KERRI ERICKSON, FNP-C

Kerri Erickson, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner has been in healthcare for 26 years. After completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 1990, she worked as a Pediatric Registered Nurse for 22 years.

As an RN, Kerri worked first at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center (Newborn ICU) then at Primary Children’s Hospital (spending her last 13 years in the Emergency Department). She returned to Brigham Young University in 2011 to earn a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating August 2013. Kerri is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Utah Nurse Practitioner Association, Sigma Theta Tau International (Nursing Honor Society), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Kerri has been a valuable member of the OnSite Care team for the past 2 years.

Kerri has worked in multiple OnSite Care Clinics and she has also gained valuable experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Intermountain Healthcare at North Temple Clinic Urgent Care in Salt Lake City. Kerri was born and raised in Davis County, Utah and has enjoyed raising her five children (ages 16-26) in Centerville, where she currently resides with her husband of 27 years and two teenage children.
